Backups for larger accounts

Hello there. We are a small MSP that have been using cPanel for a while. We used a backup program called Storegrid, from Vembu, to backup cPanel, all the accounts, all the files and everything else. And it always worked great. It would allow me to say i wanted 2 weeks worth of backups. And it only backed up the files that changed. But always did a full MySQL backup. We used them for several customers and it always worked great. But now we have to stop using us as their policy had changed. So now i'm looking for another program. And i'm shocked how hard this is. I have looked at just using cPanels backup, but it backs up everything in a single file. It works OK for most accounts. But we have some with alot of files and they are large. 30 to 110 GB. So we can't use that solution. We are trying to backup cPanel to a Windows server we have. But i would like a simple web interface we can use. And want to make sure we can keep at least 2 weeks of backups. Thanks for your help!
