subprocess exited with status 13 (EACCES)

Hello, developing a new WHM Plugin, when i click the link in the WHM i get the error below:
Internal Server Error 500 No response from subprocess (/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/addons/myplugin/index.cgi): subprocess exited with status 13 (EACCES) any idea?

  Hello :) What error message is output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this occurs? Thank you.
