Sender Verify Whitelist
We have a client that uses Wells Fargo for their merchant account. Invoices are sent from Wells Fargo's platform from this email address: noreply@mobilemerchant.wellsfargo.com
The problem is that mobilemerchant.wellsfargo.com fails the Sender Verify test, so the emails do not make it through.
We have tried wihitelisting the IP's in Exim Config Bypass Sender Verification Checks, but no joy.
Any ideas?

Hello, To exclude IPs from SMTP sender verification checks, go to WHM Home >> Service Configuration >> Exim Configuration Manager >> Access Lists. There are different options to solve this issue : 1) Add IPs to "Sender verification bypass IP addresses" ======================================= This option allows you to edit the list of IP addresses that will be excluded from SMTP sender verification checks. 2) Add IPs to "Trusted SMTP IP addresses" ============================== This option allows you to edit the list of IP addresses that will be excluded from SMTP-time recipient, sender, spam, and relay checks. 3) Check "Blacklisted SMTP IP addresses" ============================= This option allows you to edit the list of blacklisted SMTP IP addresses. These IP addresses are not allowed to connect to the SMTP server. Connections will be dropped with a 550 error. Refer : 0 -
Hello :) Could you let us know the specific error message that's generated when the sender attempts to send email to your server (e.g. is it sender verification or possibly another reason)? Thank you. 0
