IPv6 Questions

Hello guys, I'm having a problem with IPV6. When a enable a ipv6 at a account, the cpanel add a /128, it's ok, but after a time, it ( /128) disappear, for back, i have to disable and enable again IPv6 at the account. What the problem? For example, if a connect and disconnect the internet ( PPPOE), the address /128, is lose.
