Disable "Access Webmail" link from cpanel

Hi, The cPanel admin account user can view/read someone else email without entering the email account password by navigating to the "More" menu next to an email address, then clicking "Access Webmail", the user is logged in directly to webmail for that account without requiring a password. We have privacy concerns with this. We want that option to be removed, so that anyone who know password can only view the email through webmail or any other way. I know there are other ways to read email but this is the only visible way and we do not need it its a flaw according to companies and account holder privacy. Thanks in advance...
