Problem Disk usage

I have a problem in one order does not show exactly disk usage. Shows 224mb has a 5GB. What's the problem?

  shows me exactly usable space. I have more than 5 GB of disk space and here shows 243 mb

  Assuming you mean that you're sure you have used up 5GB of disk usage on your account, but its not showing there properly, is that correct? The image is of no use. You'll need to expand on the issue with some real details if you don't mind, please.

  Check for files not owned by your cPanel user account, but instead owned by: nobody.
