Need Guidance Setting Up New cPanel Account

I am quite new to cPanel, so please bear with me. I am setting up several websites. I am using a VPS with a hosting company. The current setup is that the cPanel account is set to my Main domain. I want to create an additional cPanel account for one of the other domains. The new domain is registered with GoDaddy and the websites are hosted by a different company. Please point me in the direction of step by step guidance on setting up the additional cPanel account. I have already created a package for the new domain. Many thanks. Keith
