PhpMyadmin 4.3.6 Upgrade

PhpMyAdmin on my server shows this A newer version of phpMyAdmin is available and you should consider upgrading. The newest version is 4.3.6, released on 2015-01-07. but my technical team is telling me the upgrade is not yet in cpanels distro so i was just curious if there is a date it might be added or a way to manually upgrade to 4.3.6

  cPanel updates manages updates to PHPMyAdmin. Your question comes up often on these forums. You can find other threads going back years in the "Similar Threads" block below this post. The changelog is the place to watch for updates: 11.46 Change Log - cPanel Documentation 2015-01-05 [security] Fixed case 144589: Update phpMyAdmin to 4.0.10.7.
  In short, you can safely ignore that message you see in PHPMyAdmin. If you need a newer version for something specific, you are able to install your own installation of it, for that. Just be sure to lock it down well of course. HTH!
