Cleaning Up cPanel/VPS server

I want to clean up files and directories on my server that are not necessary. From the image attached, do you see anything that can be deleted?

  The 2 backups directories, and the one called children... The rest are system directories.

  Don't clean up or delete the system directories else it will mess up things.
