new custom security policy does not appear in WHM Settings!

hello, we are developing a new custom security policy, we placed the file ourSecurityPolicy.pm in the directory: /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/SecurityPolicy but it did not appear in the WHM->Configure Security Policies page. we also copied the file to /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Security/Policy with no success. file starts with
package Cpanel::Security::Policy::ourSecurityPolicy;
we restarted cpanel too. Any idea?

  Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when accessing "WHM Home " Security Center " Configure Security Policies"? Thank you.

  hello, a syntax error appeared in the log and I fixed it. thanks for your guidance :) regards
