Basic stats package in easy to understand format?

I've got a small hosting business with three VPS with around 200 sites in total, plus some others not directly owned by myself. I'd like to be able to see in a clear 'Windows like interface' some kind of overall stats for the server - total visitors, current load, etc simply for interest. Also as/when the server goes down I want to be able to try and pinpoint the cause. There are loads of packages out there but they really are too complex in how they present the information. I've looked at the big (free) names but they are all too complex. I'm really looking for a dashboard with headline figures. First off I'm not a skilled SSH user but have the services of a systems admin who is. I do the marketing and client management. Thanks in advance.
