Read-Only Support WHM Account - Is it possible?

Hi guys We're just in the midst of rolling out a CPanel server to a customer base, where we will be the primary reseller (we may have some small IT partners in the future to be resellers too) however I would quite like to prepare for the support of this server by granting a Read-Only WHM account to view CPanel accounts. Currently, I'm carrying out the majority of customer side housekeeping but as I'm only one man it would be quite nice to get the support staff involved in troubleshooting. Thankfully it's usually only ever basic stuff as explaining SPF records to people. Ideally the account would only be able to view accounts, log in to their CPanel, perhaps minor administrative things such as resetting passwords. Currently, all the accounts are under a main reseller account so whenever another reseller is created (i.e Support), they are unable to see the accounts listed in the WHM interface. The alternative is giving trusted members the same account credentials but that leaves us open to losing an audit trail if something goes wrong. Perhaps I have gone about this in the wrong way. Anyone able to give any advice?

There are docs for creating an account and putting it in Demo mode, here: Manage Demo Mode - cPanel Documentation There is no way to add a limited, secondary cPanel user account.   Cheers. Sounds good, might have to go with that option regarding demo accounts. It's a bit of a pain, as I would like to give my subadmin underlings a get-out for those awful customers who are a nightmare to explain features to.
