/Webmail/ redirect leading to 404
I have a redirect issue I think with my domain.com/webmail/ URL - Once the login box has appeared and the customer has entered the correct details, they are hit with a 404 Not Found page...
I removed a theme that was installed on my server, but now it appears when a customer uses... mydomain.com/webmail/ the system tries to redirect to the old theme. I just want it to work as normal... :(
cPanel redirects to....
DOMAIN.COM:2095/cpsess6671121436/webmail/CleanPanel/?login=1
The CleanPanel theme does not exist, and was removed within WHM, but the redirect is still trying to point to it. I have made sure that all accounts are set to use x3 / paper_lantern themes, but /webmail/ still fetches back the above URL.
I can still access mail directly at these URLs...
DOMAIN.COM:2095/cpsess6671121436/3rdparty/roundcube/
But it would be good to get /webmail/ working once again.

Hello :) Have you tried clearing the browser cache on the machine that's attempting to access the URL after modifying the theme assigned to the account in WHM? Thank you. 0 -

Yup :).. Tried from multiple computers also, plus other clients confirmed the problem too. It is almost as though CLEANPANEL hard-coded the redirect links for /webmail/ No idea on a resolution or even how I could self hard-code the /webmail/ urls? I'm guessing: /http://DOMAIN.co.uk:2095/cpsess9130573841/webmail/CleanPanel/?login=1 should rather point to... /http://DOMAIN.co.uk:2095/cpsess9130573841/webmail/x3/?login=1 ? ^ Although this url doesn't work either.0 -
You should check and make sure that all of your Packages, and the Accounts that use them, are set to use Paper Lantern. 0 -

I managed to "fix" the problem by duplicating the x3 folder in: /usr/local/cpanel/base/webmail/ and renaming the duplicate folder to "CleanPanel"... The /webmail/ URL still points to the CleanPanel theme for a reason I do not know?0 -

That's what my post you quoted, was based on. Have you checked?0
