Receive the email in webmail but not in outlook

I have 2 VPS Lets say VPS 1 has account a,b and c Vps2 has accounts 1,2,3 if I send an email from any of the accounts of vps 1 to account 1 of the vps2 the email goes to web mail but not in outlook, I have tested is in outlook installed in different computers. This problem is not with other accounts of vps2 Any suggestion?

  Sounds like an account setup in Outlook issue. If it gets to Webmail, and your Outlook is configured properly for that one account, the mail should make it to you. You might want to go over your email account settings again in Outlook.

  I tried secured and unsecured configurations, and that is really strange.

  Whats strange is, you've got 2 threads going on the same topic and the cPanel moderator didn't merge them, or close one of them. I'll take him out back of the barn and teach him a lesson. In the meantime, stick with your original thread please. This one is now closed. Thanks.
