user has both a password and an authentication plugin specified

Hello We have a problem with mysql server After upgrade to mysql 5.6 (db governor), We get bellow error in error log: 'user' entry 'username_dbu@localhost' has both a password and an authentication plugin specified. The password will be ignored. and users can not connect to database. We can resolve it by changing password via cpanel interface, but problem will occur after some minutes. Do you know what should we do to to turn off authentication plugin?
