Does each theme need a separate copy of plugin files and why isn't perl working here ?
In the case that we aren't concerned with different styles - we create a feature for our users in a generic style - can we publish these files into one theme and then symlink them to the other themes? i.e. maintain a single HTML page or perl script instead of multiple copies?
If I visit the preinstalled sample at ..../frontend/x3/test.live.pl or test.live.cgi - I see the actual file contents - are we missing a scriptalias or some other config is wrong?

Hello :) You do not have to install a plugin separately for each theme or style. Documentation on the installation method is found here: How to install cPanel Plugins As far as Perl, ensure you review: Guide to Perl in cPanel & WHM - Perl Environments Thank you. 0 -
] The plugin docs say that CGI can be used for plugin interfaces. However, on my server, it does not work from this location - is it a bug or something is broken. I don't think I will find this specific answer in those general docs you pointed to.
Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.0
