Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server"

I suddenly get using FileZilla: Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server" when trying to connect using FTP. SFTP does work as expected. Did something change lately in CPanel?

  Hello, I think it's firewall issues. For the testing purpose can you please try to stop firewall on your server and check it again.

  Does CPanel ship with a firewall?

  @PatrickVeenstra, cPanel not bundle with firewall but you can get CSF firewall under cpanel plugins. Check whether CSF installed or not. if so, disable the firewall and access it.
