transfer tools in WHM

Hello! I am trying to figure out how to transfer my entire WHM account as a Hostgator reseller to Resellerclub, to reduce costs. I keep reading about a transfer tool, but I can't find any trace of it on my build... Does it not exist on 11.42.1? build 29? Thanks in advance.

  It does. Sounds like your Hosting Provider isn't giving you permissions to it. You don't transfer WHM, you transfer your cPanel account(s). Do you have access to the tools in WHM on your new Hosting Provider, here? WHM > Transfers

  Hi, Thanks for your response. I haven't registered for a new reseller account yet, but on my current hostgator reseller account, I have no access to any kind of transfer option. Are there any tips you might have for someone in my position?

  As a Reseller, moving to a less expensive Reseller account, your best and easiest option is probably to contact your new Hosting Provider and ask them to move your accounts for you. If you've got root access to WHM of course, you could use the Transfer Tool: Transfer Tool - cPanel Documentation If you're up for some reading, the topic has come up a time or two and you could google this to read more: Reseller transfer account Resellers don't have to go it alone though, I don't think. There are plenty of Reseller Hosting Providers that would be ready willing and able to move the accounts for you. If you're looking for a good tip from me, ask the new Hosting Provider you choose if they'll move your accounts. :) GL!
