AutoConfig & Autodiscover - wrong hostname - how to fix?

Autoconfig & autodiscover are very usefull service. However it seems impossible to manage or to change their behaviour or values. Is it possible to force the autoconfig to suggest the same hostname on the MX record? At the moment it suggest the real hostname of the cpanel account even if the MX is configured to point externally. Where I can fix this? Do i need to create my own AutoConfig / Autodiscover services? (I hope to don't!) Thanks, Max
