DNS Management Module question
We are trying to work on a module which is gonna be dns management style using the API.
I can't give enough details because I honestly don't have anything yet.
I just have a question for anyone from Staff if it is possible to answer.
a) Is it better to create one cpanel account and any domain I want to manage to get them as Addons / Parked in that account or
b) One domain per account, so for every domain I just have one account ?
Multiple accounts will cause the system to load ? Any other side effects ?
Keeping them all-in-one solution will cause security issues or problems ?
We got an argue about this, someone is claiming (a) as the best solution (all dns management domains in one cpanel user account) and another claiming the second solution as better. (Having one domain per cpanel user account and multiple accounts).
Any opinions / thoughts, welcome :)

Re: DNS Management question No clue what you're asking here, TBH. What are you hoping to accomplish here exactly? I'm not sure a or b can be answered properly without an idea of what you want to do, or what problem you're facing. 0 -
Re: DNS Management question A module for dns management, let's say a module for whmcs for example, should be working better and safer if it is having all zones in one cPanel account or one domain per account. 0 -

Hello :) Are all of the domain names owned by the same company/administrator, or are they operated individually by the domain name owners? Thank you.0 -
Hello Michael. Mostly from their owners. 0 -
In that case, it's better to have individual cPanel accounts for each domain name. Otherwise, there's no way to separate access (e.g. email accounts, databases) for each domain name on a single cPanel account. Thank you. 0
