IP Address

Hi, My WHM running on VPS. I want to add additional IP Address. But VPS provider say they can add IP as primary IP. They said i need to change IP manually. Previous time i face this kinds of problem i see my WHM as trial version when i change eth0 interface IP then i see its ok. My WHM running 20 website, now i am going to add another ip address. It will be any problem if my WHM see as trial version for one and half hour? please suggest me ..

  When the IP is added to a VPS, it should be added as primary IP. It gets assigned as the secondary IP to the server. Any specific reason your provider is trying to add it as primary IP ?

  Hello :) Could you have your provider clarify this? Is there any reason they can't add it as a secondary IP address? Thank you.
