Hello :) Do you notice any error messages on the websites, or any errors logged to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

[COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - TBH I'm not even sure if that error is happening while trying to login. It might be while trying to post a comment on that website, but not sure. No errors appear when logging in or adding to cart on the website itself. I tried to login+ add something to a cart, and re-download the log, no errors in that log file specific to that login or checkout attempt.

Another tidbit of info that might help: we can login into WHM, cpanel, and SSH just fine. Emails are also up. It's almost like our websites can't read/write from databases or something. When we try to login or submit information, the page simply refreshes like nothing happened at all.

Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you.
