Can't Login to any Website on Server, E-Commerce Sites Can't Add to Cart/Checkout
Hello Everyone,
Very strange issue arose yesterday afternoon, and I've been unable to fix it. I've been scouring this forum for answers but nothing seems to have worked, and I need your help :)
We cannot login to any website dashboards (Wordpress, Expressionengine, Opencart, etc), submit comments through websites, or add to cart/checkout on our ecommerce sites. I assumed this was some type of Mod Security issue, so I've uninstalled Mod Security to no avail.
Any ideas? We have 160+ sites on our server, and nobody can make edits to their CMS and nobody can buy anything from our e-commerce clients right now. Very stressed and appreciate any help you guys can offer. Thanks ahead!

Hello :) Do you notice any error messages on the websites, or any errors logged to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you. 0 -
Sorry, I realized I posted a URL. [Mon Jan 19 14:05:18 2015] [error] [client 74.62.155.62] Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - TBH I'm not even sure if that error is happening while trying to login. It might be while trying to post a comment on that website, but not sure. No errors appear when logging in or adding to cart on the website itself. I tried to login+ add something to a cart, and re-download the log, no errors in that log file specific to that login or checkout attempt.0 -
Another tidbit of info that might help: we can login into WHM, cpanel, and SSH just fine. Emails are also up. It's almost like our websites can't read/write from databases or something. When we try to login or submit information, the page simply refreshes like nothing happened at all. 0 -
