Installing CloudLinux Questions

I have just paid for cloud linux.I have not received any email yet but I was wondering. I have 5 usable ips on my server.I bought one for the root ip Will I have to purchase cloud linux for any other ips even though there on the same server to use the selector for php one the other sites I may use a diffent ip? THe other thing I wanted to ask is will I have to install this in cpanel. I am new to cpanel and have been using directadmin for years.I love the control cpanel gives
