Hello :) Yes, it's acceptable to add those entries into the /usr/local/apache/conf/includes/pre_virtualhost_global.conf and then rebuild the Apache configuration file via:
    /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
You will see an error message when rebuilding the Apache configuration file if there is a problem with the settings. Thank you.

    thanks.
root@cpanel2 [~]# /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf info [rebuildhttpdconf] Missing owner for domain cpanel2, force lookup to root Built /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf OK
Is there any commands or something to check the fcgi settings are in place like phpinfo?

You typically simply review the /usr/local/apache/conf/includes/pre_virtualhost_global.conf file, as that's where the configuration data is stored. It's not the same thing as a PHP information file. Thank you.
