install GLASSFISH = ok, but how to configure?

Hi. Install GLASSFISH is easy becouse several documentation about this. But how we can config to load each APP, JSP, .WAR from /home/user/public_html "? Thanks

  Thanks Michael. I want active service of deploy to some users, but running GLASSFISH, no TomCat. Then I need config the documentroot as /public_html and no as /usr/share/glassfish4/glassfish/domains/domain1/docroot (dir by default) ... how we can change the documentroot path ? we have GLASSFISH4 + cPanel + CentOs 6 we need active DEPLOY to some users (NO ALL) into your own public_html THANKS ! Please help...
