email accepted and then discarded
Hi folks,
I am seeing a strange issue in cpanel, email from one of the domains is being discarded on my cPanel server.
xyz@abc.com a remote user send email to one of domains hosted on my cPanel, the user complained that he did not receive email from xyz@abc.com, we check the logs and found that email was accepted and then discarded, no reason found for discarding, below is the logs look alike,

does any one know why the from this user is being discarded. urgent help would be appreciated.

Hello :) Could you post the entry from /var/log/exim_mainlog so we can get a better idea of why this happened? EX: exigrep xyz@abc.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
