email accepted and then discarded

Hi folks, I am seeing a strange issue in cpanel, email from one of the domains is being discarded on my cPanel server. xyz@abc.com a remote user send email to one of domains hosted on my cPanel, the user complained that he did not receive email from xyz@abc.com, we check the logs and found that email was accepted and then discarded, no reason found for discarding, below is the logs look alike, Event: success success User: -remote- Domain: Sender: xyz@abc.com Sent Time: Jan 24, 2015 6:59:18 PM Sender Host: mail1.abc.com Sender IP: x.x.x.x Authentication: localdelivery Spam Score: Recipient: discarded Delivered To: discarded Delivery User: discarded Delivery Domain: Router: Transport: Out Time: Jan 24, 2015 6:59:18 PM ID: xcvFG-0004oJ-T3 Delivery Host: localhost Delivery IP: 127.0.0.1 Size: 28.62 KB Result: Message accepted does any one know why the from this user is being discarded. urgent help would be appreciated.

  Hello :) Could you post the entry from /var/log/exim_mainlog so we can get a better idea of why this happened? EX:
  exigrep xyz@abc.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
