attempting to use xhprof

Hi, I am trying to debug some php with the use of xhprof; I followed the install guide here: I get an error 404 (I have replaced domain.com with the appropriate user account domain. I can confirm that the directories / files exist by checking in an FTP program. I'm sure its something simple I am missing, can someone please advise what I have done incorrectly? Thanks in advance
