Main/shared IP for: nobody

Isee my WHM Show or Delete Current IP Addresses option eth0:3 Main/shared IP for: nobody IN account list this IP Address have no website. How can I use this another domain dedicated IP address. Please help me

  Hello :) Is this IP address configured as the main shared IP address of the server in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Basic cPanel & WHM Setup"? If not, you can assign it as a dedicated IP address to an account via: "WHM Home " Account Functions " Change Site"s IP Address" Thank you.

  Im having the same issue having terminated a reseller and this ip was his shared ip. its not showing as available as its in use by nobody, thus it cant be assigned to someone else.

  Try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via:
  /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
