Css problem

I uploaded my site pages in my public html and also the CSS file. But i don't know why is dosen''t show, load and work. Can anyoane please help ? I had attached the CSS code below please someone help :D

  This isn't an issue with your cPanel account. You might do better to ask your question on a forum dedicated to website coding etc.
