403 Forbidden

Hey, I was making changes to the base.tpl earlier and i got a WSOD, so I rolled back a day in the cPanel and now I'm getting Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/2.2.27 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.27 OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_bwlimited/1.4 PHP/5.4.27 Server at domain.com Port 443

  Hello :) Could you elaborate on how you rolled back a day? Was this through a third-party application or did you use a specific option in cPanel/WHM? What error message do you see in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.

  If you made some sort of change recently, you might want to check your error log via your cPanel for clues. You can find that by typing Errors in the search box top of page. If that's empty, and you've made no changes recently, you should probably contact your Hosting Provider about this as they may have made some sort of change with the server your cPanel account is on.
