wildcard certificate for a shared host
I have a VPS with multiple domains. I want to buy a wildcard certificate for the main domain and all subdomains (mail.domain.com, sub1.domain.com, ....); can it be done? or should I move the main domain to a secondary IP (if it can be done).
I have tried to create my self-signed wildcardcertificate, but when entering the subdomain using https redirects me to the main domain (http works as expected).

Hello :) Please see the following document on wildcard SSL certificates: cPanel - Wildcard SSL You can install a wildcard SSL Certificate assuming you are using CentoS/RHEL/CloudLinux 6.x and cPanel version 11.38 or newer. Ensure you install the certificate for each subdomain separately. Thank you. 0
