Cannot access mail

I'm really new to this (like I joined just now!!) ... the reason I have joined is that I cannot access my CPanel/roundcube email id :mad: and I do not know what to do :confused: the guy who set it up for me a number of years ago is no longer in business and I have no contact details for him, and I know very little about how all this website/email/cyber space malarkey works! Please can anyone help? Here is the note that comes up when I try to login the usual way: Internal Server Error 500 User 'innipooh' is over quota. cpsrvd/11.46.2.4 Server at Many thanks Innipooh

  If you are able to log into the Cpanel and access your mail settings, you might have to set your quota to a higher number. If you do not have many email accounts, it would be best to set it to unlimited.
