403 Forbidden error for all websites
Dear friends
Suddenly i got 403 Forbidden error for all of my websites and when i checked the WHM to login to server i realized that the login template is just like the 2011 template
Does it mean that our server is compromised? How it is possible to have the template changed back to 2011??

Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in the /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log file? Is this a VPS, and if so, is it possible an image of the server was restored from an old backup? Do you notice any filesystem errors in /var/log/messages? Thank you. 0 -
Had this happen to one account recently. I believe it is related to having httpd configured to allow some override. The web server then needs to check all accounts for presence of .htaccess. Even if there is no .htaccess in the account(s) in question, it still needs to read it and the permissions are off somewhere. Mod/Ownership of the public_html was 750 owner : owner The others which worked were all 750 owner:nobody 0
