Webmail subdomain not working

]Please make sure port 443 is opened the new update, changed the redirection method. previously, now, alternatively use How do I undo this "update"? Currently subdomain does not work well. site.com/webmail works great, sends the user to webmail with HTTPS and no complaints. Meanwhile, webmail.site.com gives the user SSL error.
