MySQL Failing

Hello, I am receiving the same message as johnsap, and as a plus, mysql is failing at the same time with the message that innodb has ran out of locks. I was wondering if you have found any solution to the problem or the cause of it, or any more information in general.

  I have written about my problem before in this post. The added thing would be that I have discovered that the cron error that is sent by email appears at the same time as the db fails, which would lead me to think that it it caused by it, or at least has to do with it. Any help would be very appreciated and thank you!

  As mentioned in the other thread, you may need to consult with a database specialist or a qualified system administrator if you are unable to determine why MySQL is crashing. I don't see anything cPanel-related that would lead to this problem. Thank you.

  I kind of determined that mysql is crashing because of that cron, I think it can't be a coincidence that it fails exactly when that cron does, at the same time, and the exact number of times. My initial question was what solution did you provide to the person in the post that I initially posted to, or any other information regarding the problem in cause.

  Yes, per our documentation: To keep the cache file current, a cron job periodically executes the /scripts/update_db_cache command. As with the database counts, the disk usage calculation is handled by the /scripts/update_db_cache script, which executes every four hours. This script is executed upon enabling the Tweak Setting option in WHM. Administrators may also execute this script to recalculate the figures. The disk usage figures are stored in the /var/cpanel/datastore/mysql-disk-usage file and the /var/cpanel/datastore/postgres-disk-usage file. The file contents are a colon (:) separated list of user names and figures in bytes.
