The MySQL server is currently offline.

Hi, I'm tryint o create a MySQL database but when I click on it on the Cpanel, I get this error: Error while connecting to MySQL: Cpanel::DBI::Mysql connect('','root',...) failed: Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/MysqlUtils/Connect.pm line 156. I've read in the forum that others have got the same error but because they changed the password. I haven't done anything so I don't know what I should do. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
