Full Backup with root VPS

Hello, I have a VPS with root acces to my WHM/cPanel... I want to make a full backup on my local home-computer... How can I do this as simple as possible? I have really no idea about doing this... It would be perfect, if whm/cpanel generates me a .rar-file(ftp, email, mysql-data and everything else...) Could someone give me a suggestion? I havent perfect linux knowledge.. Which possibilities are there existing?

  Hello :) You should consider using account backups because full system images are not supported.
