Email already going to hotmail server, and queued for delivery to the user mailbox, if the user does not receive the email, problem in hotmail server, not yours

@ Osama Tariq, Goto "Home " Email " View Sent Summary" choose date and time, you will get all those domain which was hosted in this server then chose corresponding domain and find the particular email id you will get exact details. based on your output, still the mail is in queue at hotmail server end.

Hello :) Please note: Result: Message accepted
You will need to contact Hotmail's support team if your messages are not delivered. Also, have the users check to see if the message is in the SPAM or Bulk Mail folders. Thank you.

"There was an error while attempting do deliver your message with [Subject: " sample "> to [EMAIL='jrooz@aol.com">user@aol.com[/EMAIL]. MTA m1plded02-02.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net received this response from the destination host IP - 152.163.0.99 - 521, 5.2.1 : AOL will not accept delivery of this message.." but this problem only exist in some of my staff, I have 4 branches and most of the bounced email come from 1 of my branch. I know IP reputation is important. So i requested to them to configure Static IP from ISP. I check my SPF/MX record DKIm and anyway they are properly onfigure...
