received_header_text for specific IP?

I can currently remove the "Received:" entirely. But I really only need to remove the source IP for emails received from specific servers. For all other source servers, it could stay. Is that possible?

  Hello :) To clarify, are you attempting to modify the email headers for incoming email to ensure the source IP address is not visible? Is this for a specific purpose, or to solve another issue? Thank you.

  Correct. And the purpose is to mask the address for a specific server due to DDoS. When that server address is the source, it needs to be re-written to localhost. Server-wide masking is not needed or desired.

  I'm not aware of any specific Exim configuration changes you can make to alter that information in the header, but you may want to ask on the Exim users mailing list:
