Can I update php to 5.6.5 on WHM 11.46.2 (build 4)

Are there any cons? Or is WHM to work better with 5.4 Thanks

  Hello, PHP 5.6 is not yet available in EasyApache. We have a feature request discussing its availability: [url=http://features.cpanel.net/responses/php-56]PHP 5.6 | cPanel Feature Requests As such, you are best to use PHP 5.4 with cPanel & WHM. On the other hand, if you are using CloudLinux operating system, PHP Selector does provide PHP 5.6 for cPanel >> Select PHP Version area, though. Here are the available versions of PHP for those with CloudLinux who have PHP Selector (with CageFS enabled): 4.4, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6 If you are not using CloudLinux, you can read about a trial for that at this location:
