/usr Folder Almost Full

Hello. Cpanel cant update in my server, the /usr folder has less than 3GB free. So, I need to move the /usr folder in my WHM, I have a free 100GB partition to move it to, but I need to know, there are some procedure to make it work without issues? Thanks.
