New cPanel install showing default webpage instead of main domain

Hey so I helped setup a friend's cPanel server everything is working fine except the main domain it just shows the default web page rather than the home directory of the main domain. So domain.com/ shows the default webpage. How do I get it to show the home directory of the main user? Is there something to change in WHM or do you have to hack apache to do it?

  I see a blank page that says test, here. DNS propagation issues most likely.
