You have to enable spf record and DKIM from dns edit zone. Also check your mail server ip reputation from this link: /http://multirbl.valli.org/ If the ip is in blacklist state then send delist request to the particular spam house.

@ brittbratt, 1) Check your server IP whether its blocklisted or not in SPAM database [url=http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx]Email Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted 2) Check mail server log for any SPAM orginated from your server and which domain. 3) Check the corresponding domain files properly whether they have Bulk mailing script. 4) Check these records are enabled or not (spf, DKIM, RDNS) Past here SPAM mail copy to check further.

Hello :) Could you provide some more details? For instance, is this happening on a specific remote mail server? Do you have SPF/DKIM enabled and is RDNS enabled for your IP address pointing back to your hostname? Thank you.

The following document explains how to enable SPF and DKIM: Email Authentication You will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to setup RDNS for your server's IP address pointing to your server's hostname. Thank you.

Tried the above, still the mails sent to gmail goes to Spam and hence my clients complain about mail not received. Any other solution to get rid of this?
