Backup second disk in server

Good afternoon, the second hd my server is formatted to receive all backups of the hosted accounts on this server. I ask? configured, the backup option in whm to do backups in the / backup. My question is should I leave the old option enabled backups (legacy backup whm) or let the new option to make backups on the server disk 2? Thank U. Regards, Carlos

  You won't be able to run both Backup tools. One or the other.

  You actually can enable both backup systems at the same time, and they will back up to separate destinations as specified on their respective configuration pages. In Home " Backup " Backup User Selection, you can select neither backup system, either backup system, or both, for each account.
