    Re: Is cpanel support not free I believe the $30 is for "priority support" If you select the option that says something like "complementary" your ticket will get answered.

    Re: Is cpanel support not free We offer free support, no matter where you bought your license. The $30 charge is only for a one-time upgrade of a single ticket to priority support, and it is completely optional. Note that priority support only affects the order in which your ticket is worked. We work priority tickets before complimentary tickets, so the upgrade can result in a faster response time. Priority support does not, however, affect the scope of support that we provide.
