IP log problem

Hi,i have a problem with public IP The only ip listen to all users on a board forum (phpbb,ipb etc) And in script logs. This ip is local shared alocated to cpanel accounts.

  Hi ,i have a problem with shared ip webhost /http://prntscr.com/62r6du] Members have shared ip . On all boards.and scripts.

  My guess is you are using a reverse proxy (IE: Nigix) you need to set it up to read Forwarded address

  no,i use cpanel with nginx

  Nginx is not natively supported. If you are not comfortable troubleshooting Nginx on your own, please try disabling it and let us know if the issue persists. Thank you.

  i have disabled it and but several times a day downtime
