site down where to find the cause logs?

Hi, is there any logs where i can see what's causing my website become unreachable or not responding ? Its like every 15minutes - 20minutes after rebooting/restarting my vps my website become unreachable again. Thank you very much

  Hi You can start by looking at the accounts error log in your accounts public_html (public_html/error_log ) The apache error log can be found at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
