Redirect from domain.com/webmail to hostname.com:2096 not working

Hi, today we get error what redirect from domain.com/webmail to hostname.com:2096 not working. But redirect is work correcty for domain.com/cpanel and domain.com/whm Someone has a solution? Thanks

  Hello :) It's possible this is related to internal case number 160221. Please post the output from:
  cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
  Also, does the URL load well when you add a trailing slash to the URL (E.g. domain/webmail/)? Thank you.
