Always high load

Always in processes i have this /usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir=/usr --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --plugin-dir=/usr/lib64/mysql/plugin --user=mysql --log-error=/var/lib/mysql/server.domain.net.err --open-files-limit=10000 --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/server.domain.net.pid Is this normal? if no how can I fix it? ps I've switched from mysql to mariadb but still the same

  yes The same with mysql/mariaDB
