Horde Template

Im trying to create a simple email template using horde but it seems like their software is messed up. It keeps saying "cannot create folder "templates" after I followed the directions specifically on here: /http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/email/horde-webmail/using-horde-mail-templates It's really aggravating wasting time on stuff that should work without problems. How can I get around this issue? Thanks for the help.

  Hello :) I'm unable to reproduce this issue on a test machine. Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Have you reported this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look? Thank you.
